Chihuahuan Desert is my inspiration. The subtle,
continuous changes of light and texture inspire an
impressionistic style, particularly when painting en
plein air. My art is representational, but I will
exaggerate geometries and colors according to the
way I interpret what I see.

Marie Blazek is a clay artist working with an eclectic
